磨刀輔助器(Honing Gauge)不是只可配合磨刀石使用,只要做一個簡單的治具，使用砂輪機一樣好用... 刀刃磨的角度，只要調整刀具的深度就可以了製作的治具 將治具固定在砂輪機旁 將磨刀輔助器架在治具上就可使用了  不同版本的磨刀輔助器應用
