鋸片各部分名稱與功用  軸孔(Arbor Hole)軸孔，用來固定鋸片。鋸盤(Plate)鋸片本身，用來支撐及固定鋸齒。刀喉(Guller)在鋸齒之後用來幫助排屑。鋸身開槽孔(Body Slot)鋸身開槽孔，用來幫助鋸片本身散熱。延伸槽(Expansion Slot)延伸槽，用來散熱及防止熱能的擴散，同時有幫助降低噪音的作用。碳化鎢鋸齒(Carbide Tooth)使用碳化鎢材料做成的鋸齒，由碳化鎢材料做成的鋸齒耐用性比鐵高出10倍以上。
